We make adjustments on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in order for you to meet your goals as efficiently and effectively as possible. There are days that taking 1 step back can produce 2 steps forward in return. We work together in determining when to apply the appropriate amounts of stress, and when to make the proper adjustments to give you the best recipe for success. It’s an individual recipe for results. There’s no one size fits all style of program.
We believe that production is the end result of proper planning and execution. We determine performance driven objectives at the beginning of each training phase with scientific principles and data to back up our results. We expect to dominate these demands, adjust the plan, and DO IT AGAIN!
